well let me help you.

Winning Eleven and Pro Evolution soccer are the same thing. they are the same as fifa and they better esspecially for playing with other people since the gameplay is much much much much (you get the idea) then fifa but the teams and leagues are very limited.

now Championship Manager is completely a different thing. in there you are the manager of your team in controll of everything and based on you tactics and transfers you have create your team and see how they play.
Thanks man, but why is Winning Eleven at 8 but PES at 4 ? Did they decided to also call it PES after WE4?

This could be the closest football game to perfection, it's about time:rolleyes:.
only one complaint about PES3(and any sport game for that matter) is the commentary gets kinda tedious and repetitive after a while. couldn't they extent their commentators' phrases library? or better yet have some downloadable contents concerning that portion of the game later on. I'm throwing them free ideas here:D.
hey! why don't we post sorta wish list for the game here? (of course if the thread starter doesn't mind)

do some research on the WE thread. you will see that you are not the only one who thinks that. :D

I'm curious what die hard FIFA fans like Andy have to say about this. As the WE series gets stronger and the shortcomings like lack of licensing and slightly inferior graphics are weeded out, I wonder what FIFA will have left to brag about.

btw has anyone else noticed that even though WE's graphics are less technologically advanced than FIFA's, the sheer realism of the gameplay and the way the players move make WE look more realistic? :D

btw top avatar Desmond, I've always loved Batigol

i have to say, im sad enough to own every fifa game ever....bar the championship specials, i own every fifa out there....so u could call me a hard core fan....but pes is better, i have owned the a pro game in every format and its gameplay is always better...this new one will be the best ever....cos it jus add soo much more depth to the old perfect game.

Yep, I've had all the FIFA titles so far too, and they were always my favourite game, up until FIFA 2004 when I realised that there was a better football game out there. It took me a while to 'convert', but I've never looked back since :thumb: Of course I'll give FIFA 2005 a go only to be fair, but I'm 99% sure that Winning Eleven 8 will be much much better than it

    yeah,especially at fiorentina:touched:

personally i own a couple of fifa titles myself, every year i give them a second chance but they never fail to disappoint me time and time again.about graphics, imo WE7 beats fifa.

actually,i bought two CDs cos i played them so much that the disc gets scratched alot:Dfifa claim to make the most successful football series ever but that will change soon with WE's introduction to the Xbox:)

"Elsewhere the article reveals that more attention has been paid on the crowds (finally), as such you’ll be able to make out banners sporting the crowds favourite players in addition to vastly improved celebrations when a team scores."

"Konami's reputation for delivering stunning match-day action that plays almost identically to the real thing is renowned across the globe. Coupled with the fantastic graphics and advanced gameplay that Xbox offers, we foresee one of the greatest transfers of all time when Pro Evolution SoccerTM signs for Xbox."

It gets better and better :D
