..But do we need Sagnol!!
only reason would be that we get him for free, but for 3mio euro a year or whatever he is going to earn, is too much!
Think Zambrotta is great as RB.
and why not get Maxwell from Ajax to support Chiellini on the left.
He is young, fast, good technique...and free agent this summer.

Some of you mentioned a future replacement for the great Pavel, well you might want to look north. more exactly at Rafael Van der Vaart, he is the reason why HSV is a title contender this year. (..and may they succeed in beating lousy Bayern for it)

Willy Sagnol è più conteso di una sciantosa con quarta abbondante e reggicalze di pizzo. Potere dei parametro zero in un'epoca di portafogli sigillati.

Così conteso, che le versioni sul suo futuro si intrecciano come in un romanzo di John Grisham o un film di Pierino. Secondo quanto scrive oggi il quotidiano Tuttosport, il difensore francese avrebbe già firmato per la Juventus. L'incontro galeotto con Moggi & Co. avrebbe avuto luogo lunedì sera a Torino, presente anche il manager del giocatore, Stephane Courbis. Quadriennale da tre milioni e stagione e via.

La Gazzetta dello Sport non la fa mica così facile. A sentire la rosea, il Bayern sarebbe ancora in pieno forcing su Sagnol, con un rabbioso Rummenigge che avrebbe alzato l'offerta fino a pareggiare quasi quella bianconera, ma soprattutto nella vicenda sarebbe entrato un nuovo protagonista, Durbans Galliani.

Quatto quatto, il Milan si sarebbe fatto avanti prima di Natale, avendo individuato nella polpetta francese il possibile sostituto del partente Cafu. A questo punto fossimo in Moratti, piazzeremmo la zampata...

    Juventus will not be signing Willy Sagnol this summer, as Bayern Munich have announced he’s agreed to extend his contract with the Bundesliga outfit.

    The two clubs have been bitterly wrangling over the defender for the past few months, as he was set to become a free agent at the end of this season.


    Karl-Heinz Rummenigge had launched a scathing attack on Bianconeri director general Luciano Moggi, dubbing him “a Mafia-like figure” for his transfer tactics.


    However, it seems that Bayern have had the last laugh by extending 28-year-old Sagnol’s contract until 2010.


    “We have had his consent to renew the contract since before Christmas,” announced general manager Uli Hoeness.


    Moggi had maintained a diplomatic public face over the affair and said earlier this week: “Sagnol is a problem for Bayern. If they don’t find an agreement then we will welcome him with open arms."


    Bayern have now renewed the deals of four players who were set to become free agents this summer – Lucio, Oliver Kahn, Sebastian Deisler and Sagnol – but there are still question marks over the future of Michael Ballack.


    The German international midfielder has been linked with Inter, Juventus and Real Madrid in recent weeks.

    He would have been a healthy addition to the club. However, if he doesn't want to join us then screw him. Moggi will come up with some alternative. Isn't that what he always does? :cool:

    he's a left legged player, and I prefer to see him on the left, even though he can play on the right. The problem is I doubt if Capello will give Balzaretti enough chances to play since he will put Pessotto or even Blasi in that position
