Why did we buy Baiocoo (10 Viewers)

Well... in my opinion the only really horrible thing about Baiocco is that we overpaid grotesquely (O'Neill + €8 mill. €).
I don't doubt his ability though, on the premises that he was meant to be a versatile coverplayer, proven in serieA and mature as a 27 year old.
He is getting lambasted here I see, but honestly- how many games has he had with Juve? Don't you think you're firing at him a little too soon? He was for two years a fine performer for Perugia.
What REALLY annoys me is that we have overpaid Perugia AGAIN in getting a thoroughly unspectacular ballwinner like Blasi. Not that Blasi isn't good at what he does, but we have Davids, Tacchinardi (who is HEAPS more important than Baiocco of course
), Conte and Baiocco in the side already + Maresca and Brighi away on loan. Completely unnecessary purchase in my book.
