Surely the logical thing to do would be to get in a new manager and let him buy in the players that he wants to work with?
Deschamps left because of interference like this, and no manager worth their salt would go to a club where the Sporting Director decides what players come and go!

who are we buying?

We haven't bought anybody yet, and with only 2 months to et ourselves organized for the coming season, a coach better be named soon.

If Juve are "Indeed" surprised by Deschamps resignation, then we are in DEEP shit, coz if Lippi don't come back, I ain't sure Secco and the likes know how to pick a good coach.

I know we haven't actually bought anyone yet, but the thread subject could have easily said "Why are we trying to buy players when we don't have a manger yet!"

I don't quite get it either. It seems that we are either trying to sign a rookie manager who will have no influence on transfers.

Who would accept this? Except of course if the manager in question has slipped a note to the board containing his shortlist.
