If you mean Phillip, Alexander's father, then he was the only one I haven't even checked if it's him because I knew it wasn't him :D
Yeah I didnt think either (one eyed), but I guessed Macedonian, surely not Alexander, so figured father and Parmenion. Would have guessed few others too.

Also, I have to correct myself. He wasn't born in Rome, nor were his parents Romans, but he did get a Roman citizenship later in his life, so that makes him Roman.
