Why the hell do we have to compare these two players??

Zidane is something and Ale is something. The question here in this thread is "Who is the best number 10 at Juve"??? we all know Zidane was no where to number 10 at Juve, but he's and without doubt one of the best players that football ever produced.

While on the other hand Del Piero is the real number 10 here. I've explained before(few posts back) why he's the best number 10 at Juve. Not to also mention one of the best players in the last decade.

Lets stop comparing them, thats not the question here.

RAB, why cant you live with the fact that not everyone agrees that del piero is the best thing since the sliced bread.
What this has to do with my post Fliakis?

All I said is that this thread is not a comparison between Del Piero and Zidane. Not to also mention that It's their right to believe who's better than the other.

I'm not here to make everyone think that Del Piero is the best player to ever step on the pitch. In-fact, I do believe that there are several players better than Del Piero in-terms of skills and etc.

Each one can believe whatever he wants, but It's wrong and makes no sense comparing these two players, while the question is about number 10.

actually i disagree with that, for a start a lot of the top japanese clubs would have been prepared to pay his wages, and other clubs in italy (i remember carlo ancelotti stating he would definately have del piero in his team and the palermo coach of last year stating del piero would be a great signing for them) and just because not that many clubs tried to buy ale does not suggest much, as when were there many clubs trying to buy paolo maldini from ac milan? you have to remember as well that dle piero is a very marketable player and a club would recieve alot of money back from signing him
And this summer Ale had all but agreed a move to Arsenal as a direct replacement for Bergkamp (hence the reason their number ten was still free when they picked up Gallas. The only reason he changed his mind was the departure of Crapello - thank God he legged it so quickly, if he'd cost us our captain that would have been worse than thinking Bozi's homo-erotic sordid tale of Madrid is not true!:D

So I guess that is a genuine big club being in for Del Piero.....................

Not according to Arsene Wenger. He has also never been one to pick up aging stars, just for the marketing value. Another Tuttosport wagging tale I am afraid.

To end this unpleasant argue, I never meant to insult Del Piero.

I wanted to insult Azzurri7, which BTW has nothing to do with Del Piero. (he knows what it´s about).

It is simply like this: There are many Del Piero fanatics in this Forum but I am not one of them, which doesn´t mean I hate him...

Why can't people live with the fact Rab thinks Del Piero is the best thing since sliced bread? It's not like this is something new... we've been over it several times and Juventuz happens to love it. I love it, the people love it, everybody loves it. There is no Juventuz without a Del Pie debate.
