Laugh at me if u want to, I'm 1 of those nerds ard. I can study all day in the weekdays and hang out in the weekends. I really like to study and gain knowledge a lot, should be becos of my competitive nature. Unfortunately I'm hating my current college due to bad company which pull down my grades and the college didn't meet my expectations. Becos of those dumb ppl, I have to go to somewhere for university education.

I hate school too, but shit happens. 99% of succesful people in the world had to go through the same shit or worse...

I'm finally going to finish university here in America at 24, but I'm damn glad I did. I'm at the age where I wish I had tried harder or was more interested in learning. The last year or so, I've enjoyed learning because I'm a curious person by nature.

In America, the first 18 years of you life shape the last 60 years, therefore you have to give a damn, whether or not you want to.

I finished my high school years around a month ago. (college here I come).

I used to hate school, it bored me to tears and I hate waking up every morning going to school. I skipped a lot (pretending I was sick and such)... but then when I see my friends actually putting an effort in school.. It didnt seem so bad. It's not like they study 24/7; they hang out and they have loads of fun but at the same time maintained As in their grades.

So I just decided to give it a try.. for starters I started not missing school and classes, then I moved on to finishing homework, then revise my lessons regularly. Its not so bad once you do it, trust me. And I can tell you it will leave you feeling good, actually doing something worthy in school while you're at it. Also I started getting involved in extra curricular clubs, which made my time worthwhile in school.

While you're still in school, dont go wasting your time there. Some children would kill to be in school and get educated (my grandma still hates her parents for never sending her to school and holds the grudge until now!) make the most out of whatever it is that school has to offer you... you have nothing to lose, but absolutely everything to gain.

And dependent you may be on your parents, Ive met (some family) so many people who get everything they want even without having to work a finger in school.. but they all admitted one thing: they would've done better in school, if they could.

Just my opinion on the matter... :)

Every single day of my life I wish I were in high school again

High school is NOTHING compared to college
High school was a lot of work and not that great, frankly college was much cooler. And no compulsory attendance bs either, which incidentally I enjoyed to the fullest

I was the same way in highschool. Though I dropped out and started at a boarding school and I love it. For the first time ever I'm really looking forward for school to start (I'm home in stockholm on christmas break).
Party every weekend, constantly being around people about the same age, its great. Don't know how it works in britain though, its called "folkhögskola" (people highschool) and seems awfully Swedish. :|
We have it in Norway, it's otherwise known as "taking a year off". All you gotta do is show up for class, classes are bs and the grades don't matter. Is that the way it is in Sweden too?

I HATE school, I've dropped out of highschool last year then amazingly I missed it, now I'm back in it and it sucks, I'm afraid to go and I'm the worrying kind, I panic before a test and I don't go to half of the classes, it's like going to a prison and I get bored fast which doesn't help, I'm school sick and thinking of droping out, I don't want to do a thing i don't enjoy.

You need to get a custom title that says "paranoid."

Ohh, nevermind.
