I would do bicep but I worry about it stretching and I think it wont suit me as I am scrawny. Don't think it would look good on me. What about just below the elbow on the inside.

Personally I'd never put one below the elbow for the reasons you outlined yourself earlier. All mine are easy to cover, bicep, chest and back.
