Just to say, I don't think Henry is good enough in the air :(
Pazzini is far, far better, although sometimes even he is crap (you can tell if he's the good one if he has 20 and 20 for heading and finishing. If either is 12, he's not the great one).

Cavenaghi is the man I like to buy.

In terms of good young players, Brazil is the only place to go. Even smaller Euro clubs can prise top Brazilians away ffrom their clubs. Surprisingly, there are also some damn solid defenders in Brazil. Leonardo, Cleberson, Kleber, Thiago (very useful indeed, from Cruzeiro).

Also, the youth teams produce some nice talent. I found a guy called Saimon in Atletico Para, and now he's worth about £7m in Porto, despite only being 18.

If you ask me, I stay away from players like Reyes, Torres. There are better young players, it just can take a LONG time to find them. I even thought Robben was a waste at £30m, because I had Alex Brosque who I got for pretty much nothing.

When I used to play Juve, I always went through the same routine immediately:
Sell: Zambrotta (worst mistake ever!), Tach, Pessotto, Birindelli, Athirson, di Vaio.
Buy: de la Cuesta, Puyol (if possible), Milito, Gonzalez, Diego, de Rossi.

Some of these I'd never repeat, selling Zamb for about £14m (!), accepting less than £15m for DV (I know he can almost always go for about 14/15m). Buying de Rossi if it costs me £30 +

Nope, never worked for me. Also, the red card appeal never, EVER, works.
i only had my appeals approved twice, once for expanding the stadium and once for improving youth facilities.

anyone knows how to get your board to give you more transfer funds??:Di'm trying to get diego now and nobody on my team can fetch a decent transfer fee:stress:

and btw,i'm taking fiorentina:)

Apparently, transfer fund requests can be approved the day after you win something. Unfortunately, it would be mostly useless, because by the time you win something, it's too late in the season. Meaning even if you get given extra funds, they take them off you at the end of the season. Bastards.

Transfer funds can be increased if you issue an ultimatum to your board, but every time I've done that, they've told me to clear out my desk by Monday :moan:

Zlatan, I thought you said that Reyes was the best left winger in the game? What player instructions do you normally give him because he hasn't done anything special for me. Rothen was alot better.

:sigh: Birindelli and Trezeguet just rejected my contract offers half-way through season two and are both joining Depor on frees at the end of the campaign

Btw, I urgently need a LB because Zambrotta is signing for Inter at the end of the season for 45m. Will Ujfalusi count as a non-EU player because if not then I'll go for de la Cuesta or Dede. I'm looking at Bridge but Chelsea are reluctant to sell. How good is Chiellini for you, Arif?

Well, for me he was the leagues best assister 3 seasons in a row.

I put him on attacking attitude, forward runs, run with ball, short passing, crossing to man, through balls, etc. Give him time, he'll be good.

In which season did you get him? I purchased him after my first season for 53m (boy do I regret that) :undecide: Since Reyes hasn't been brilliant Nedved is playing on the left and Kapo has been great in the AM role.
