After one season here's my Juve team. Suggestions are welcome.

Get rid of Chimenti and get Frey or Amelia instead.
get rid of birindelli, pessotto, athirson and legro. get hinkel, kompany, de la cuesta and chiellini.
sell tacchinardi, maresca, camoranesi and nedved. get toledo and montolivo.
sell miccoli, del piero, henry and trezeguet. get adriano, evandro roncatto, pazzini and put onwuachi as the sub.

I've just taken charge of Inter. I was at Atalanta when 7 games bfore the end of the season Inter offer me the job, and I took it. I had a transfer budget of 160 mil € after I sold nearly the entire Inter team, Vieri, Cannavaro, Zanetti, veron, Emre, Stanković, kallon, etc. Since Atalanta was bankrupt I bought 7 of my players from them, Cech, Evra, Padoin, Montolivo, Cerci, Pazzini, Toledo.
OMG, I've managed to spend 477 mil € on transfers 
Luckily, all of them are over 24 months, so I can pay it off over 2 years, 235+ mil per year just for transfers
Luckily I have around 190 in the bank now, I sold for 180, but it'll be a miracle if I dont go bankrupt.

Reyes, Van der Meyde, Toledo, Gasabaronni, Appiah, Arteta, Montolivo, Cole, Pizzaro

Cerci, Robben, Zlatan, Pazzini, Cavenaghi, Martins, Recoba
Cordoba, Toldo, Recoba, Martins are all on the transfer list.

Chimenti has one more year on his contract so I'm gonna let him go on a free after this season. Frey, Amelia or Pelizzoli would be nice if someone hasn't already snapped them up.
I accepted Valencia's offer for Athirson but the deal fell through because they had too many non-EU players in their squad. Thuram is gone so I need a back-up for Bonera and Birindelli is more than decent so I kept him. Pessotto retires after this season. Legro is currently my best CB next to Mexes. Remember, I'm only in my second season so I didn't have alot to spend in the summer. I got both Ujfalusi and Ferrari to accept offers but I didn't have the funds to complete the transfers since I paid 17m for Tevez and 53m for Reyes.
I dunno... Tacchinardi, Camoranesi and Nedved are all world-class players on my game. Last season Tacchi had the highest average rating and was a member of the Serie A team of the year along with Camo, Athirson and DP. If the offer is above 20m I guess I'll sell him because I have De Rossi, Brighi and Blasi waiting patiently. Same goes for Camo.
Trezeguet is on his way out for sure. I tried so hard to sell him in the summer but no-one wanted him. Henry will leave or stay depending on the offers I receive, but I'm not selling Del Piero. Last season he scored 35 goals and got 20 assists, and 10 games into my second season he's out-playing Henry. I'm not sure if I can get Adriano because Roma just bought him. Pazzini is already on my shortlist, while Onwuachi and Cerci are playing for the U20s. Excluding youngsters like Roncatto and Pazzini, who would be a good alternative to Adriano/Henry?
Currently I'm trying to get Matteo Ferrari in January. He has a 4.5m release clause I just need to sell Trez so that I can afford him.

that's why you should sell them. you'll get a lot of money for them.
believe me, its better to sell these players who are getting older and buy youngsters. you'll get more than 50 mil for henry, same goes for trez, and for dp around 30 mil.
with the money you receive from selling of these players, you'll be able to get pazzini, adriano and roncatto.
