Bah, you guys are clueless
The thing with the MCM editor is that its real time, and you cant move players with it or add new players without the game crashing. At least thats what happenes to me.
Anyways, if you want to ad players or create your own, you need a pre-game editor, which actually changes the game database so the changes actually only take place when you start a new game. Lyssens pre game editor is good, just go to the subforum editors hideout and find the correct thread.
Anyways, now back to the MCM editor. it's a real time editor, meaning you can edit things while you're playing the game, and any changes you make will only apply to the game you have running, none of them will be present when you start a new game.
This is how you work it. Load your game (the one you want to edit) and when it's completely loaded press Ctrl+Escape to minimize CM to the taskbar. Then start MCM editor and press "Load Game" in the top left corner. When it finishes loading the game (you will see a progress bar), you can edit what you want, just search for the club or player you want to edit. You dont need to press save or anything after editing a player, just change the values and they will chenge in the game. Take note that in some editors you do have to press save after editing every player. When you're finished juss press "Back to CM", and you're done.
I dont reccoment trying to add new players, change their clubs, or relegate and promote teams with the real time editor, that crashes the game for me. However, you can change everything else, player stats, contracts, age, club finances, stadium capacity etc.
Enjoy.
