Fast food- McDonalds and so on...
Avarage food- Bacon and eggs
Slow food- Boiled potatoes with gravy, crispy vegetables and grilled meat
Very slow food- Stuffed turkey

I only eat very slow food.
Has to quit my day job in order to get home to dinner in time.

That was my training. I have to be prepared to eat quickly in the army.

If I were to relax, I could finish my meal in 30 minutes.
In terms of gatherings, I take 1 1/2 hrs to finish
