I read some index european numbers where 100 is the average.
As where I live (countryside small town north of Stockholm) index is 96. Wich means that I have 96% of the average expensivse a member of the european union has. Germany is the highest together with some parts of England and northen Italy.
    Germany about 130%.
    Northern Italy 130-145%
    Stockholm 156% and London... 350%!!!!!!

Edit: That means that if I would like to have the same standard as I have today living in London i would have bills at about 7000 euro per month... :D

15 euros for McDonalds is too expensive to be IMO. I wouldn't even spend > 5 bucks on a meal unless it is some sort of gathering or such, and I don't like fast food. Japanese food is much more healthier
