Well i think we should have aword with moggi then...cos its quite clear on what needs to be done, and that doesnt involve bonera.
Okay, you bring the van, I've got the duct tape....or were you really thinking of talking to him, not "talking" to him...;)

 It's a shame we're the only ones who see it...
I'm with you guys on Hargreaves, but I can't see Smith managing to stay on the field first of all, then scoring 30 goals a season for us...

that passion he has is such potential, he gets sent off becoause he wants to win and is usualy trying to get the ball back, or running crazy around the pitch after the ball. The last two seaosn he has improved, the only noticable incident was the bottle throwing, which in my oopinion was unfair...and by the way, i hate leeds nearly as much as roma....well i still hate roma a lot more.

Who cares if he scores 30 goals? He's got good ability and he's a type of player that we don't have. Nobody on our squad scored thirty goals last year and we still did fine. I don't understand the obsession with a thirty goal season.

I loooooooove Alan Smith :extatic: :touched:

I simply love how he can be in the opponents box on second and in his own making saving tackles in the next... and his temper... priceless...

BTW, I wasnt being sarcastic, I really do love him and I'd love to see him at Juve.

Yeah, Alan Smith has become one of my most favourite players recently. He has a passion for the game that a lot of players lack nowadays and his total-pitch work-rate is phenomenal. He'd be a great addition to any team, IMO.

Yeah, he's my absolute favourite player in the EPL too. He can score, but he can also tackle and he always gives 101%, and I respect that.

You are all keen about Alan Smith, but Idunno why. Did anyone of you checked his scoring record? He never scored more goals than 11 (2000-2001) since then 4, 3, and in this year he managed to collect 6. In EPL!!! so impressive...

But he tackles well, so can be usefull as a defensive midfielder.

I want to see two argentines in Juve

-Clemente Juan RODRÍGUEZ (22) He is above class, his style is somewhere between Zambro and R Carlos but he runs more then them and a bit faster. Sure his defending should be improved, but he got all the basics needed for this. His passing is perfect, superb ball controll and excellent vision. With Zambro on the right and Rodriguez on the left we were lethal.

-Carlos Albert TEVEZ (20) A real prodigy, much more talented then Micco I have to say. A lot of rough edges (as someone said) but all the abilities to be our next crown-jewell after DP.

He runs faster than R. Carlos!?

As for the part in bold, I'd rather just take someone who can defend, rather than say he offers more options in attack but could work on his defence

In every other case I would except that argument, moreover It would be mine as well, but Rodriguez is a very-very special player.

He dont seems to has much problem with defending, just the fact that he comes from a league where defending is not so serious made me to say what I said. Btw I added he got all the abilities to defend well, just need to work on it, but imo it wont be big task for Mr Lippi.

Yes I think he is running faster than RC.
With ball, Im sure!

He does play for Leeds. So, that has to be taken into account. Also, this is his first season as a constant first-team starter.

alan smith isnt needed at juve. i have always liked him as a player, but once again, he isnt the type we need right now.

rodriguez sounds promising. ive only seen highlights of him but everyone i have spoken to seems to talk highly of him. what wprries me most is that moggi would most likely loan him out if he was to join.

tevez is a good player no doubt. but without the experience in europe, it does a problem. if we need a replacement for nedved, i think we should look closer to home..ie. rosicky, vdv, aimar...players who have more experience.

rodriguez and cavenaghi would be nice to get, especially now that salas is going to river, we should be able to get cavenaghi a lot easier.

I don't think that Moggi would loan any defenders if we bought them. It'd be very very foolish.

Tevez isn't really a replacement for Nedved, IMO. He's more of a replacement for Del Piero, or rather an upgrade. Tevez will play forward, behind the forwards, or playmaker, whereas Del Piero only wants to play forward. Tevez is just as good if not better.

Maybe we should set up one of those "relationships" like what Chelsea is doing with PSV.

I'm not a big fan of Smith, but I have to say that he impressed me yesterday against Liverpool, and his goal in the Manure match was sexy
