Welcome to the forums Eire :)

Alam Smith? Kezman? hrmmm not exactly world-class players. I like Smith but he's too much of a hot-head and not that consistent. Kezman couldn't score in Europe to save his skin. I'd rather use one of our current attackers than Smith or Kezman.

I don't mind the rest of your team though :D Except maybe replace Biri and Ferrara with a different defender. Barring that, keep Zambro as left-back (though I'd rather not) and get a good right-winger

Riquelme? When are you gonna get over him...he's not good. But, if you want a good two-way player, then look no further than Xavi.
Xavi might be a quality dm but he's no two way player any more than our own tacchinardi is. Creatively Riquelme is in a different league

Kezman..let him stay where he is!
as for Alan Smith i like him but imho he cannot play in such a league as SerieA. there are many english players that cannot play in Italy.
kezman will also not suit serieA
p/s Erie, welcum!

...anyway defense. trabelsi lucio mexes and ferreara

midfield. rosicky or aimar, van der vart ballack we need a gattuso or davids type badly aswell.maybe emerson if roma wnt rid of him.

attack.kezman alan smith

out need money to buy so out

...

attack trezequet.

next seasons team
buffon
trabelsi mexes lucio birindelli/ferrara

zambrotta ballack rosicky neddy?

Del piero smith/kezman
I am not very sure about Trabelsi, but absolutely sure that Lucio is wrong option, yet still far not as bad as selling the worlds best pointman (Trez) for sick Smith or mediocre Mateja. Oh, and not to forget Ballack, did anyone saw him playing well, or even just making a sprint after the WC? Ferrara in left back position.... it must be a joke!

Xavi si way better than Tacch going forward. Xavi has a shot that goes on net, Xavi passes very very well, and Xavi has vision. He is creative and it's central midfield creation that has lifted Barca out of their slump.

Riquelme's in a different league? Yeah, it's called division two. Have you seen him play for Villareal this season? He sucks, just like he sucked for Barca. He was great in Argentina, but europe is too much for him...maybe he should try the EPL.

Riq has sucked, Xavi is better thjan tach, and Alan smith would bea n amazing replacement for trez....i wish leeds go down and we sign his ass....cos he would provide bags of steel to a fron line.

Tach is not really attacking ly good enough to be a great two way midfielder, he is more of a classy anchorman.

i'm not sure for Alan smith tho i like him much!
i'd say 51% that he won't be able to play the way we know now, and only 49 that this miracle can happen!

i'm pretty much confused about english players in Italy.
they look good in Spain....and i even now i'm not sure if beckham would choose italy instead of Real he would be as good as he is now in real. he'll be dead here!

next to mexes, these guys would be the brilliant sigings of the summer, smith, theoretically wouldnt want to play for another english team cos he is leeds through and through..and as i hope leeds go down, we should be able to get him on the cheap.

Hargreaves will be a great replacement for davids, may lack his uber skills, but makes up with way superior dead ball delivery. Damn those to englishmen would be good for juve...miles better than owen.
