all spots for the 2nd round have not been decided as yet,so its a little
premature for this kind of a thread, but anyway, which team would u want to avoid
in the 2nd round?its pretty much down to personal opinion, wether u want a weak
oppositon so we can have a smooth run in to the next round,or if you want a team
that you particularly hate so juventus can nail them.

i wont take any names until all spots for the qualifying round are taken, but
generally i would hope that we dont meet a bruised and battered giant in the 2nd
round for eg Man Utd or milan(if they manage to qualify ie).

I would be more worried if we line up against a cornered team rather than a high flying team for eg barcelona.cornered giants always seem
to find that extra bit of motivation that high flyers lack.

i hope we avoid any of these bruised and battered giants in the CL.
and personally,i hope we meet liverpool in the 2nd round.i would so love
juventus shutting up anfield.

Lyon has already secured a first spot no matter what the outcome of matchday 6 is.

And that is a team that would be extremely tricky along with PSV....

    i think teams can.
its a draw.so any teams can meet.i dont think that the 'no teams from the same country' can meet each other rule is active any more.
liverpool and chelsea were in the same GROUP,so i think two teams from the same country can meet in the 2nd round.i could be wrong though.

Wrong reasoning my friend, this year was just an exception because Liverpool's case winning last year and failing to make the top 4 spots in the EPL. So, country protection was not given to them in the draw.
