how did tu become tsu? you could say the same about zi becoming ji, if anything it's easier to write zi in katakana ZEi

As 4 the bold part, Katakana is completely different from Hiragana.
Basically, applying the roman alphabit to Hiragana makes such confusion

once again i really dont know what you re trying to say how is Ti pronounced Chi? no matter the stretching, nowhere in the japanese language will you find any of those sounds. So it's pretty pointless to say that tu is read tsu for these anomalies exist for S too "shi".

well u misunderstood me. i didnt say hiragana is used for roman words! i said u cant write Hiragana using roman alphabet.but in Japan they use roman letters to teach foreigners how to read hiragana (so they write"つ" as "tu"
and by the way, if you use a japanese computer you hit t and u to write tsu
