i could never betray my feelings for money.
:wth: we're not talking about your personal moral issues, we're talking about running a football club here. If Moggi just went with his feelings instead of money, we'd make zero money on transfers and our squad would be full of 40 year olds

we went a bit off-topic.

ok.

but here is a talk about who wants from us nedved to be sold and who doesn't.

moggi won't ask any of us,and as long there is a question to us,i am answering.

i am closing my eyes that it's a football club and nobody cares for feelings, just because this is a simple thread....and nothing more.

do you understand gray for once what i mean or not?

Don't worry Lilianna! Nedved won't leave! Moggi isn't stupid and Nedved loves Juve more than money!
It's not Nedved that loves the money, it's Moggi, that's why I think there's a good chance he'll be sold.

He has given so much to this club over the three years he's been here, but it's time to call it a day. He still has another good year or two in him, but for the 20m we'll get off him we can buy Rosicky, Van der Vaart, Diego or Rothen, who have much, much more left in the tank.

IMO there is not one single player who could replace Nedved at the moment!
Van der Vaart: Way too young and not even close to the class of a Nedved
    Diego:
    Rosicky:
Rothen: I doubt he would replace Nedved. They can play together in one team.
Its what Eagle said: I want success now and always, so we need "old" players as the base of the team surrounded by young players. The mixture is important, and I want DD to build up a defence around Thuram and a mid around Nedved. As I said many times: Nedved, Del Piero and Thuram should lead our young stars into a bright future!

So you'd rather have older players who we're gonna have to sell after a few seasons, rather than a very promising youngster who could very well turn out to be as good if not better than Nedved?

So you think there's no young players who can replace Iuliano, Montero, Pessotto, Ferrara, Conte, and Trezeguet?

I said Ferrari, he could replace Iuliano and Montero easily, but Ferrara is important with his experience. And I also said Gilardino you know, he could replace Trez. Conte isnt our current first team player anyhow and the same with Pessotto, they are only backups.

No sense in taking things out of its context just to challenge me. ;)

Bullshit!, he loves doing a good job for Juve.
    Finish this sentence for me:

If Moggi does a good job for Juve, it means he gets more ________

I dont know how much he makes, but I am sure he gets what he deserves for doing a good job for Juve. And that doesnt mean money is all he cares about!

    Great reasoning :groan:
It doesn't matter to me if Van der Vaart is a very promising talent, as he has done nothing till now. He won nearly nothing, was never really the best player at Ajax and I was never impressed with his performances. But the Euro 2004 can turn me wrong. But again, it is very risky to replace your best player with an unprooven youngstar.

I laughed about Diego and Rosicky as I said about 1000 times what I think about them. But for you I say it again.
Diego is 18 or what and plays in Brazil! He is not prooven in Europe, is way way too young (and I hope you at least agree here). Give him time.
Rosicky on the other hand is the most overrated player in the world. He did nothing till now, is injury prone and thats why not one big club in the world is interested in him. Believe me, I watch Bundesliga very often, and Rosicky is not the player we want!

All these youngstars are too unexperienced and nobody would sell his best player too replace him with a 22 - 23 year old kid! I can't remember a club, who did that!

I think that Nedved or Thuram can be sold, we have good leaders already in our squad... Conte's and Ferrara's experience can make all the difference for youngsters who are near the top, so I think that Rothen can replace Nedved, and still keep developing well... Thuram can be replaced by Trabelsi... But I understand your point, there's no sense selling Thuram and buying players like Bonera to replace him...

Thuram still has couple more years of good quality football I think. Same with Nedved and Del Piero.

But fresh blood is essential. Even if youngsters are no longer needed in couple of years- you can always sell them (hopefully for a price higher that you paid).
