    honestly, I mean REALLY honestly, I think most illegal drugs suck, because they are expensive-TRULY, but its really cool when u find a cool effect- like a groove.

    i wont give examples because I oppose the use of any drugs except for weed and hemp products because its a lot safer than most others, like E.

    Well it's legal in every country as long as you don't get caught...;)

    And yes, I did finally change my sig, because I moved out of my flat in Wyoming, so I thought it to be the appropriate time.

    personally the only drug I consume ( in vast quantities :sigh: ) is alcohol. I've never smoked other than to try it out, and never took any other drug (except medical;))

    Seriously, yes that's OK in Holland (don't know what the standards in Belgium are but probably the same since they copy everything we do) but it's not legal here. It's decriminalised. ;)

    I would explain the difference but it's very complicated and I'm not exactly sure...

    And I just had to ask about Holland and drugs, after you said marihuana is legalized nowhere.

    And that decriminalisation: marihuana is not legal. So in such situation every person who would be catched with even a tiny bit dose of marihuana - would have to be punished. In this or that way - depends on law in country. So to avoid that, they allowed to have a dose of marihuana for personal use - and possession of such amount is descriminalised - not punished, but still not legal.
    My 2 pennies to that ;)
