Moderators should not be restricted of participation to any debate,
because they are valuable members and their opinions are needed,
they should be active members, IMO the most active members
and as long as they dont abuse their power and keep their bias on check,
the balance is guaranteed,
Juventuz seem to have this balance most of the times,
our moderators spend a large part of their lifes here and they do try to be fair,
(and dont forget they dont get paid for that

)
i am pleased of their work so far and i understand that they are only human,
bound to make some mistakes too,
some quick assumptions, a misunderstanding, a little bias towards a friend/foe
in a bad moment, an emotional, tired situation can give birth to an accident/missjudgement and the unfair punishment of a fair member/action.
I would only recommend the direct warn using the valuable pm button,
acting like a raging God and punish a member without a question,
is not IMHO the wise choice in every situation,
i dont speak of tolerance, grave mistakes known to everyone should be punished right away,
but in some cases when a known member who never caused any trouble before,
should be given the chance (at least) to drop an arguement or explain himself,
just to avoid any misunderstandings,
moderators esp when they are about to expell a member from the community should be more carefull, i understand the need to act immediately, but everybody worths a pm IMO, just a few seconds of compliance,
i ve seen and experianced a few unfair bans, 3-4 valuable members left us because of these and thats summs the only "wrong'' mod actions i regret...
particularly on this very matter of double accounts,
its known that it is "illegal", it has been already discussed many times
and the choice is made known to everybody,
esp a member as "ancient" as Respaul should have known/noticed that...
