What was Bangsbo's fate after Lippi quit and Capello took over? Unfortunetly I don't get to see too many Juve matches, therefor I can't see if Bangsbo should still be sitting on the sideline.

Does anyone know if he's still there, or if other coaches and persional left with Lippi?

From the matches I've seen this season, I didn't see him in the Juventus' bench.
I don't even know what he looks like :d

But I remember hearing something of him returning to Denmark when Lippi quit.

I'm pretty sure that he quit his job at juve after last season to return home to his doctorate in sport physiology (or something like that) at the University of Copenhagen here in Denmark.

He's no longer assistant manager, that's for sure. From the official site:

Staff Tecnico

# Vice allenatore: G. Corradini
# Allenatore: I. Galbiati
# Allenatore portieri: F. Tancredi
# Preparatore atletico: M. Neri
# Preparatore atletico: A. Scanavino

Yes, but where o where has he gone too. It would be silly for the assistent manager of Juventus not to continue coaching at some other club, but returning to university?

I think it's a loss as well, but I'm pretty sure about the doctorate.

You cannot rule out the possibility that the man has academic ambitions - a doctorate is a pretty heavy job in that world...

BTW I rmember now, that he was in the staff around the Danish national team in Greece, so maybe he just felt that the ass. man. job was a bit too time-consuming in the long run...?

If I'm not mistaking he was headhunted by Lippi after Marcello read one of his books, and I believed he announced that he was supposed to quit even before Lippi did.

He did! I just looked it up. He announced he was quitting in may...

It also said, that he is considered one of the top sportsphysiologists in the world. He wants to dedicate himself to he research, he says.
