:irritate:
yeah I get that a lot
But all I can do is keep my head up and stay strong :strong:
but once they give you a chance its not so bad....
And since everybody treats you a bit differently
You have to try to use that to your advantage.....
And I have succeded getting the best of players that were considered hopeless wastes of talents because of various reasons
-such as unable to motivate themselves...
-the wrong work ethics...
-or shear laziness...
And at which former academy coaches had said
no more or hopeless case.....
And with this said
I think that women can contribute a lot to football if giving the right chance and if they have the right motivation.
Look at the President of Rayo Vallencano Teresa a couple of years back she had Rayo winning the Primera Division first half of tg.
Altough the whole team cosisted of former rejects
abd she got them to play with a work ethic which was non-existent even amongst the basque teams.....
The first 11 of Rayo hade a total wage bill a month which was equal to Patrick Kluivert's.
