This is my fun car, 2005 BMW Z4 3.0i. Obviously a little old but still a lot of fun to drive.

Can't go wrong with a convertible BMW, you got the good engine, you probably meant 3.2L..hope you have manual and not SMG..
old is gold when it comes to most cars. I have in same color a 02 M3 (manual) and even with it's maintenance cost it still holds up looks/performance wise.. A friend owns a new M4 and the build quality/looks is just not the same, not a fan of the turbo either and from the lower quality rubber used on the dash to the extra electronic shit that will break down on you. Way too many gadgets.

Sold a Range Rover Evoque (Dynamic) today. Worst vehicle I've ever owned.

Not sure what to buy next. Something smaller that can handle bumpy roads and speed bumps.

never go wrong with japanese cars.
Also it's known that Land Rover Evoque is the worst of the worst.
If you want the best then go for Volvo XC 60 or 90

In the US they sold a 3.0L version in 2004-2006, then I think they started to change up the engine and other parts at that point. You must be a mechanic because the guy I use says the exact same thing, that he would always choose this BMW engine or similar, along with an older Mercedes diesel engine I can't remember which one. Maybe they should just bring back the old models.

Audi's are fairly reliable for the most part but I feel that BMW's are sturdier and more reliable. This is just my humble opinion. Of course, neither Audi nor BMW can come close to any of the Japanese as regards reliability.

The E46 and E90 M3's were excellent. The F80 generation was horrible apart from the gorgeous looks. The G80's grill is weird but I hear that it’s a very good car otherwise.

which is a shame, because the defender looks badass!! but yeah you are right they are known for having issues.

subaru is a cool reliable car for sure. would take it over Mitsubishi, and Mazda.

Decided to buy a Jaguar XF. Had a hard time making my mind up between an XF and XE.

Test drove both and although very similar just felt more comfortable in the bigger XF and felt it looks more beastie and cooler.

Have a Fiat 500 atm, have had it for about 5 years (2012 model, bought it used), has been a fantastic car, best I've ever owned, never an issue with it, in line for a promo at work, if that goes through im looking to upgrade shortly.

It really is a work of art. What a travesty that PSA&FCA sacrificed the true enthusiast's brand to the globohomo instead of Peugeot or Citroën.

It's been sitting for a few months now so that's not a matte wrap that's dust.. haven't gotten around to it plus Covid and shit..I will be changing trailing arm and control arm bushings in front and back and 4 stock shocks, will run around 2800$.
Btw that's the strut bar I've taken out which you see on driver side of engine.
