let me calculate it:

each lesson is Lm4.50 and you need minimum of 6 lessons to take the test so that comes to Lm27 which comes to 63.45 euros. The actual test is like Lm20 so that comes to 47 euros, and if you fail the following time you would pay Lm15 which is about 35 euros. So if you pass first time it costs 110.45 euros.

Also Mark just cause i'm underage doesnt mean i dont know how to drive. My father and uncle have been teaching me since i was 14(3 years ago)
That's crazytalk. Each lesson (one hour) here costs 55 euros, the theory exam is about 100 euros and the practical exam another 100.

A basic package includes 36 lessons + exams meaning you spend around 1900-2000 euros for a license

in Malta driving lessons vary between Lm3.50-Lm6, for an hour. I'm not sure if theory and practical are separately paid or as one.

Do the Maltese generally drive like Italians? Cause that would explain a lot :D
sometimes :D Some are good some are bad. But its like that everywhere. The only thing here in Malta everyone fiddles with the engine to make it go faster but in actual fact they waste more exhaust. In Malta a lot of people go fast and never signal.

How much is a fine for speeding in Holland/Europe?

My first car most probably will be a model like this, maybe more modern:
