In the market for a 3 row SUV. I'm going to test drive a Kia Telluride tomorrow. Anybody has experience with that car?

Good cars. I’ve owned their v6 engine in other model and it’s very reliable engine and transmission. I put 58k miles with hard driving mix of city and highway on the engine and it never once gave me problems.

My only issues with Kia were normal recalls they did outside of regular maintanence. Otherwise I myself never had issues with car breaking down or something going wrong.

Get snow tires for the winter and the Michelin Pilot Sports in the summer. Right now I have RFTs

I really like Michelin Pilot Sports.

I'm having Continental 4x4 Wintercontact fitted in two weeks. I was looking at Michelin and Pirelli for snow tires as well, but they were more expensive and I read the Continental has a lot of grip on snow. I wonder how they will do, because I really tend to go for Michelin.

What a BMW should look like.

How do you feel about an X5? I know SUV's are where BMW make their money and the X5 is insanely popular over here, but I've always felt it looked weird.

I personally like it, as far as SUVs go it’s one of the best looking. Had one as a rental when I was getting some service done and even tho it was the previous model, I liked the ride and how everything felt

unless you go skiing regularly (and most of those regions have a strict policy on snow chains anyway, so you can use basically any kind of tyres), european winters in most part of the continent don't have too many snowy days to make a difference

for winters i've had continentals and michelins over the last 30 years and they had very comparable performance. the only clear upside of michelins was the durability. they always lasted me more than anything else. once i had a set of ecocontacts that started to wear out after 80k kms, while i had sporty yokohamas that died after less than 20k

this one? still looks like an unproportional bubble with wheels. those ugly nozzles, man... bmw sedans tho

btw there are a few good looking suv's but neither of them are bmw's imo. for me the nicest is the macan (with the f-pace and stelvio a distant 2nd and 3rd)

This one grows on you after some time. Now the old X3 looks dated.

BTW, I do love the BMW iX. Too bad it only comes as an electic.

I think they’ve made the grill too big, the front looks like a pig . The back is great, the sides are okay. I’m sure it grows on you but BMW new design direction has been doing some weird things lately.

It is a very difficult grill to get right for an SUV.
