Feels good though. It feels like it's cleansing your insides, and also feels like peeing through your butthole.

Just loads of carbs and sugar. I've been having at least one chocolate bar every evening for the last 2 months. Doctor also put me on sleep medication that makes me want to eat the world. It's like having the munchies 24/7. Lately I've been stuffing myself before bed too which fucks with my sleep and defeats the purpose of the meds.

Today is the day I change my habits though. I fasted all morning cause I felt like a fat mofo, and been drinking loads of water. I'm going to the butcher now.
Slow and sustainable changes beat drastic and temporary ones every time. I strongly suggest not going into one of these yoyo diet cycles to temporarily lose weight- your weight will jump up again once you go back to your old diet.

I appreciate the advice but I've done it before successfully. It's only gonna be two weeks then I'll switch to a more sustainable diet.

It's not like I'm a super fat motherfucker anyway, but I'm a good 8 kg overweight.

will you really lose that much weight in that short a time span?
I'm already down 1.5kg from yesterday (weighing myself right after waking up and taking a piss). I was so bloated that even just a day of 18h fasting and then eating normally, made me lose that much weight. Now I expect to maybe lose 5-6kg in the next two weeks. Then 500g to 1kg a week for the next couple of months.

Not that I endorse the "carnivore diet" but a high protein diet such as that along with a calorie deficit will allow you to keep more muscle and lose more fat, than a low protein diet, such as one with lots of vegetables and carbs.
He plans to do it for two weeks. You cannot lose a bunch of fat in two weeks.

Also, things don’t always to be extreme- carnivore vs vegan is a false dichotomy.
A balanced diet of fruits, whole grains, veggies and lean meat is best for most people.

Of course. Going meat only is unnecessary.

However, it would be an effective way to lose weight, while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible. Though if you try to lose too much too quickly, you will inevitably lose significant muscle mass.

The best way IMO is high protein (balanced with other food types) and a caloric deficit of say 500 to 1000 calories a day (could be more if you usually have a higher daily calorie intake).

In a two week period, losing 5 to 10 lbs is reasonable.
