Lol seriously.

What were the best matches? What did you think of that fork spot in the main event? I feel like AEW is way too gruesome for its own good. Tried too hard.
The gauntlet game was so much fun, and that tag team fight with ospreay and the founding fathers was insane. Event was too long though and the women's casino game was bunk. As for trying too hard, i feel you but i like the fact that the emphasis is a lot more on action as opposed to talking/story line.

Funny aside, i met Bobby lashley at the gym Friday night. At first i didn't recognize him and was casually asking him if I can work in with him on a machine. One of my boys goes "how do you know Bobby lashley?" I was like oh lol he was there with his son very nice guy and obviously a fucking unit. My childhood friend is aew's marketing director/vp so i can get as many free tickets as i want, good seats too. I was able to take 10 people from my gym. If they ever come your way or you're somewhere they are performing, let me know and I'll hook you up.

Bobby is a fucking machine bro! Legit fighter as well not just a big muscleman as well. Future HOF for sure.

100% bro I will take you up on that especially if they ever come to Sydney (which I know for a fact they will one day)

I'm the heaviest I've ever been. Time to hop on the carnivore diet for a couple of weeks.
Why? A bunch of animal fat and protein ain’t gonna help you lose any weight.

Just walk more, add some greens to your diet (veggies keep you full and have almost no calories) and drink more water and you’ll be fine.

Too many peeps ignore simple advice because they think they need some secret wisdom that unlocks the magic, so I defo like your style here.

I can't blame the fraudsters and con artists who profit off that desire. It's what keeps the health / self-help industry in perpetual business without having to fix anything.

I've done it before and dropped like 7-8 kg in 2 weeks (granted that at least half of it is water weight), then I plan to transition to a more sustainable diet.

I have done as you said, eating like half a kilo of vegetables every day and it works great long term but I wanna see some immediate impact now. There's nothing like the explosive diarrhea you get one week into carnivore.

7-8 kg weight loss in 2 weeks is not healthy at all. Aim for 1-2 lbs a week.

Feels good though. It feels like it's cleansing your insides, and also feels like peeing through your butthole.

why are you so fat? What have you been eating?
Just loads of carbs and sugar. I've been having at least one chocolate bar every evening for the last 2 months. Doctor also put me on sleep medication that makes me want to eat the world. It's like having the munchies 24/7. Lately I've been stuffing myself before bed too which fucks with my sleep and defeats the purpose of the meds.

Today is the day I change my habits though. I fasted all morning cause I felt like a fat mofo, and been drinking loads of water. I'm going to the butcher now.
