I love the internet, you get exposed to entire worlds that you would've otherwise never even known about. There's this clearly autistic guy at the gym, he's spends 90% of the time walking around while looking at his phone and repeating words or phrases. I've always wondered what it is that he's watching, and in the last two days I finally managed to see what's on his screen. The first was this, some video from the MTA explaining Access-A-Ride, nothing crazy. But this was the second:



Seeing whatever the fuck this was, I had to look into it. Apparently, there's a whole community, seemingly mainly of autistic people, that make and watch these videos of commercials or logos with different effects overlaid over them. Stanley Steemer, Klasky Csupo, Samsung, Acer, doesn't seem to matter the company. Some even have millions of views. I can't wrap my head around this.
