Flooded city streets can be incredibly dangerous because of pollutants and sewage and anything else below ground that leeches out. Blood, piss, shit, anything homeless people do, it gets mixed up around the block. Shit is mad dangerous. If she's inside, she's fine....unless she has a basement apartment.
