I was just kidding. I caught COVID and it sucked (sickest I've ever been), and I had the vaccine and the booster. But yes the reaction was exaggerated, particularly in my city.

PS: I still see people walking around in the park, alone on a nice day, wearing a cloth mask. Not many, but still.

Asians on the West Coast, in Hawaii, in NYC, etc... people were masking up everywhere afterwards. Only a few paused to ask, "Are they sick or something?"

Amazing how crap goes on under everyone's noses and people only notice 15 years later.

Amazing how crap goes on under everyone's noses and people only notice 15 years later.

Again, I am just kidding. I live in Seattle, loads of Asians here. Doesn't change the fact that masking when you are out in the open, alone, is completely irrational. You may as well step over sidewalk cracks or turn the light switch on/off three times before you leave the house.
