This reads like a motivational quote. hits pretty hard imo
No excuses, Tsunami.

Speaking of which, I am back in the US. Flew into Newark, complete with Sinatra music en route.

Now I’m in a great crime scene hotel - a Comfort Inn in the old steel town of Bethlehem, PA. This week I’m facilitating AI innovation design and AI Leadership workshops at the Global Village of Lehigh University’s Iacocca Institute… some 55 entrepreneurs from 38 countries here for a 5-week program.

It all seems cool. But this hotel is the stuff of horror movies. The cleaning staff look like they survived fetal alcohol syndrome, and everything about this place makes me want to look for the bloody knives from previous guests. :scared:

Bethlehem, Allentown etc are the salty taints of the far borders of the north east.

Miserable places tbh. Spent plenty of time in places like that and Berwick

I was giving them some extra undeserved shine for their ladies because their country is lovely.

But yeah based on my two weeks there, would say they around average in that department.

I know exactly where those places are. Such a dump.

At least try to have some fun. There are probably a few decent restaurants nearby to pass the time.

Altoona is also a major dump. As are most places in PA. State College is fun though, obviously.
