What sort of things are you talking about?
Can't really remember right now as I don't pay attention to ridiculous conversations (and I'm sure I've heard worse than what I'm about to mention) but things like people expecting free childcare after parental leave is over, more and better council housing, subsidies for home insulation, more mental health support (I know there are people who need this but most people are just lonely and anxious, the government ain't gonna save you, you have to save yourself).
Perhaps it's only the dumb broke people and young people who don't understand what deficit does to a country but I've noticed it more.
A sidenote on nursery/care home fees: also noticed that people aren't as close to their family and therefore less willing to look after their elderly. Families also don't tend to stick together and end up scattered around the country. Having more support from family would surely lower these costs and demand for these services.
Or maybe I am oversensitive because I never expected anything from the Bolivian government.
