Consulted with the orthopaedic surgeon and my sports physio about more recent studies that showed a certain percentage of people with full thickness ACL tears can return to pre-injury perfomance levels through rehab and strengthening of the muscles alone, so we decided to go that route for the next year and see where I’m at then.
