Same to you. Supposed to spend somewhere between a few days and 2.5 weeks in a sling, then 2 months of physical therapy. I'm thinking it will be on the lower side based on what I have been told, hopefully only a few days at most since it's my dominant arm. Won't know for sure until after the procedure though. After rehabbing that though I can do one of the knees and repeat the process essentially. I've been able to walk around, work, and do non-strenuous things this whole time though so more of a painful annoyance most of the time, but goddamn do I really miss the gym and hiking throughout all of this.
Got hit by a car while coming from the gym because no one knows how to drive anymore
. Luckily I was on a bike so I was a bit higher off the ground, and luckier still it was a small car rather than an SUV.

2 months isn’t so bad, though I guess it adds up if you have to do it on both knees after too. Hopefully some better news on the second knee. The lack of exercise is frustrating me too. Makes it hard to even tire myself out enough to sleep well at night. I work a physical job, weightlift, climb, hike, surf… so not being able to do any of that is making me feel a bit stir crazy. I’ve started riding the stationary bike, doing intervals for 30-40 minutes a day just to burn off some steam.
