Probably have strata rules on what you’re allowed to do on the outside. A standardized roof is pretty common to not change the aesthetic from townhome to townhome. But sometimes you have some options. Standing seam steel roof is really the way to go as far as finding best value between durability, cost, and aesthetic imo.
