I’m going to speculate about the mental illness bit. It’s very possible that it was all invented bc he knows no one will call him out about it’s validity. And he and his supporters use it as a blast shelter to retreat to when he says or does dumb things.

It’s a fair point. I think people with mental illnesses don’t like to advertise it. But people like Ben Simmons, Ye, and most likely a coworker of mine who hasn’t shown up for 4 months will use it to get out of stuff.
