You carry books to the gym? Saw some young dude reading a book between sets the other day. That touched my heart (although the book looked like rubbish) :touched: but I wanted to laugh at the same time
I had to cut weights. Too many injuries for my pussy and I literally invest so much time on books that I can't let it go at this point. So I read in the toilet, in the public transportation, on the bus stop. Sometimes even when I eat. I'm not bragging I think I'm starting to go crazy.

The holistic approach is the only appropriate one. As for the tyranny, there's no denying the concerted effort by major players to drive one narrative at the expense of other explanations.
Agreed on the holistic approach.

But the concerted effort by major players? The only thing I've consistently witness is inconsistency. The goalposts move all the time. I don't think they have a clear idea of what an end game looks like.

Sucks about the gym, probably means you had to cut down on the sandwiches.

I wish I could read half that much, there are hundreds of books I wanna get around to. But perhaps that is too much  Gotta stay grounded in reality

Just this one. I took kid ones as a kid and I don't regret it, I'd push my kid towards those too.
gotcha. I wouldn’t call myself a skeptic, but I was a little cautious when it came to the Covid vaccines. However, now that a year has passed since the vaccines came out, there is a mountain of evidence that it helps more than it hurts, and I go where the data leads me.
