The kinda stuff I sometimes see and hear my niece listening to on "TV" (youtube, disney [the worst], netflix, etc) is troubling.

I mean it's not anything explicit that I can give some examples of off hand but a lot of subtle and suggestive dialogue, normalisation of undesirable behaviours and attitudes, not to mention completely lacking any substance or just outright dumbed down. I don't know if intentional or not. Most probably isn't but some quite likely is, especially coming from Disney, Nickelodeon and the likes. Sad.

For example, these days they watch stuff like Paw Patrol and the lack of values on display is opposite from say movies in the 90s.

lol my nephew watches paw patrol but what kind of values are you talking about? I used to watch Tom and Jerry and Looney Tunes, they weren’t big on any values I can think of, just funny explosions etc

Same for the highlighted part.

Its dumbed down plus there was a movie about the animals doing the chores while the humans beings were spoilt

At least that shit was funny. Humour is subjective but come on, even my grandma loved Tom and Jerry

Like i said I don't have any specific examples off hand because it's not explicit, but the other day I was listening to something in the background, one of those Disney/Nick kids sitcoms. There seemed to me to be a lot of innuendo in the dialogue (or maybe it's my corrupted mind) and the interactions between the characters or their attitudes just seemed inappropriate for the age of the audience, so much so that I asked about what it was and looked it up to see what it was. Something called the 'Suite Life on Deck'

Just now she was watching something on youtube, some braindead shit. When I looked it up it was some thot that does cosplay on Instagram. But this is kids content...

100% intentional and sinister of origin, i have no doubt in that.
