Someone who is still fat
Admittedly, I got a good 5 kilos to lose.

Facial aesthetics are still good though.

who the fuck does that?
I used to do that :shifty:

Tbh, I would roughly calculate calories for an entire week. So if I hate a burger, I would eat almost nothing the next day to compensate.

I love the English fish & chips. Wish we could have something similar here in the U.S.
Long John Silver is not nearly good enough.
Ever tried making it yourself? If you don't have a deep fat fryer then a deep pan will do. Only need to make sure you get the right kind of fish and potatoes, the rest is practice.

It's just better to be a maniac that counts calories and eats 5-6 times a day.

I'd say tough guys usually. Very disciplined and tough to break kind of people will big will and commitment.

I'm not a huge fan of eating many meals, I'm more into intermittent fasting, though. However, I do think that people are to blame for their little knowledge of basically anything they do. Now with corona you just see that people would like a Matrix pill that solves everything without them doing anything. Same goes for losing weight as you see people swallow pills but keep eating fast food and all shit there is. Majority fills themselves with tons of carbs, they lack protein and general knowledge what they do with their body with the crap they eat. They stuff themselves with food and then wonder why they have lack of will or why they feel sleepy. Duh. I'm not saying it'd solve corona but it surely helps if you keep your body fit and eat healthy. Those who count calories and do that are usually those who know what they eat even by being obsessed by it. But no, people have horrible diet and once they get sick they stuff themselves with medicine eventhough body is fragile. I think people are really bad when it comes to helping themselves.

Driving lessons for my daughter are quite stressful for me. What is it with women kind and lack of spatial orientation? She's already curbed the car a couple of times.
They are different beings compared to men. If aliens were to come and see us through different eyes they'd probably think it's two totally different beings. They have a weaker part of brain when it comes to time and space management so they are usually much worse drives (not in all cases obviously). They are biologically bad in that sense. They are more rhetorically oriented, although hardly philosophically oriented since you rarely hear something groundbreaking.

When i dieted to get down to 5% i was hallucinating half the time, and ready to kill someone the other. It really is tough shit.

Yeah, I trust you there lol. I had it tough on days when I didn't eat for 24-34 hours. Shit is extreme, especially if you dedicate yourself for a long period of time.

But that's the thing. People expect results instantly, they all want to get shredded instantly, lose weight instantly. But they all forgot they ate horribly for 30 years, didn't lift anything heavier than a pen for 30 years, etc. But hey, let's just drink the fucking pill.
