I like to buy something for a couple of months and then flip it, I just got my hands on a brand new 2020 pepsi. How much would that go for by you?
haha, rolex is a slippery market, insanely saturated and inflated, where availability is king. i guess you could easily ask 18-20k for it which is a nice profit over retail. arguably one of the easiest and safest money today.

Wow, there is so much arbitrage in the market that you can make bank off of selling your used Rolex. Didn't realize it was that heavy.

check this about waiting lists. some of them are insanely long, availability beats common sense and retail price. i didn't check the retail for the pepsi, but it must be around 10k. now, if you face a 5+ year long waiting list (which is the case for plenty of models since years), you're ready to pay a premium, aren't you. it's just way out of hand already.

my phone does not crash, works fast, it's smooth, so I dont mind paying extra for it. I had blackberry, samsung, but i dislike samsung very much.
you might wanna try a pixel 4a. won't crash, will be fast and smooth, with a proper camera. you lose some on build and camera features, but otherwise, it's a complete package, and it costs 350 €/$, not 1400 :baus: and it has a proper headphone jack too. once european amazon stores will have it in stock, i'll order it and be done with phones for the next 2 years.

Yeah i can easily make 1k right now, or wait a couple months and make 2k. Like satch said, way inflated.
That is cray cray.

I have an iPhone 8 still and don't really see the need to upgrade anymore, save for the battery replacement a year ago.

They do have some mighty fine teas I must say. :D

I have an 8plus and Iphone 11 pro. I use them both. 8 is still fine, for another 2 years.

It's been the standard 2-year cycle which means there should be some big changes with iOS and hardware

However, Apple wisened up about 7 years ago and began shifting to a different operating model to generate revenue which is based on a bundle of services within their device ecosystem. Something that AMZ is trying as well. The difference that Apple has a collection of high value customers which competitors do not. So expect some announcements on the service offering.
