Anyone here familiar with Plantar Fasciitis? Been having intense pain in the heel and i think it might be that.

Had a bout of the same about 4 months ago and it became painful to the point that i couldn't walk.

Nah it was definitely my shit work shoes that I put off replacing for a long time because I was planning on leaving for over a year. My podiatrist told me to get insoles (didn't for previously mentioned reason) and to roll my foot on a frozen water bottle. That and the stretching did help.
