Only 29 cases but we cannot afford to overwhelm an already weak health care system. We have only like 24 ventilators in public hospitals. The government took the most extreme measures and we have been in total quarantine since Sunday.

Nation wide we have 180 ventilators including public hospitals and private clinics. 120 of those are in the public system.
