Sounds rough. But you got this.

You guys started losing light yet?
Yeah it's dark by 5pm, not excited about the 2hr daylight days.

As for the job itself, I am pretty used to the routine and the ins and outs. I tend to do my planning in the early AM, I get to school an hour and a half early, but never stay late except when there are mandatory meetings which I'm not fan of

If I list my current job as work experience and a potential new employer wants to verify with them that I worked there what is my former manager allowed to really say about me? I've heard mixed things.

I am concerned, not because they have any legitimate complaints, because I'm pretty sure my current manager is going to not take it well if she finds out I am planning to ditch for a better gig. Worried she might take it personally or idk but she is a bit whack like that.

They don’t verify with your manager unless you put them down as reference. They usually check through your paystubs or when they do the background check.

So anyone else seen Chuck Berry's sextape?
Had to google who that is. I prefer white dudes in my porn so I can imagine the dude doing the fucking as being myself. Why do you ask tho?

You should be able to stipulate whether they can seek a reference from your current manager or not. Obviously you should stipulate no.
