Americans are nonsensical about ice. Probably need it cool down your bodies with all the sugar and shit you are consuming. Fucking savages.
Whenever I'm in the US I always notice how much harder it is to have a decent diet over there. It comes much more effortlessly to me in Belgium.

I'm sure someone somewhere can explain why that is.

Never been, but from everything I've heard and read it seems like they have 1) sugar in everything and 2) higher levels of sugar in products we also have over here.

There's also plenty of 'fake' food. Cheese in particular really stands out. Personally I wouldn't categorise the vast majority of what is sold there as such as cheese.

The really weird part is they seem much more obsessed with health and fitness than we are.

Retarded nation in general. American individuals when removed from their usual context are pleasant most of the time though.

I used to work in a cheese department and kraft slices are different and not used by that many people I know. It’s usually poorer fucks or cunts who use it for their lunch sandwiches which is the same as using those little triangles of nasty cream cheese they have in Europe. No comparison between them and real cheese, they’re completely different things. Also America makes some of the best cheddar on earth.

Also, I have no clue how liking your water cold instead of lukewarm has anything to do with diet.

He brought up diet and sugar as reasons why Americans need to cool their bodies.

I'm sure there are great cheeses in the US. I'm not denying that. It's just that when buying ingredients in the US you have to more careful. Stuff is marketed in ways that wouldn't be allowed in Europe. There's lots of stuff that's supposed to taste like cheese for example, but isn't actually cheese. In Europe those products are mostly unknown.

Another really weird thing is how much you guys 'enhance' foods by adding proteins. Milk in particular is often enriched with extra protein. That's something I've never even seen over here.

Those products are legally not allowed to be called cheese to be fair :D

I’ve had some pretty nasty tasting cheese like products in Europe too, they’re just not as popular there but we also have a lot more of every food in America. The main problem here is portion size rather than sugar in food as Nzoric is saying.

There's also a different culture towards cooking. It's often easier and cheaper to eat out in the US than it is in Europe. I think in Europe, or at least in Belgium, most families cook their own meals every day. Because you go out and buy the individual ingredients, you usually end up with a much healthier diet. In terms of diet my favorite place to live would probably be southern Europe, especially because you can eat decent food at low prices at local restaurants (which is impossible in Belgium).

I wouldn't necessarily say you have more food in general. Some stores in the US are fantastic, but there are a lot that make it impossible to buy healthy food too.

The weirdest thing I've noted however is how vegetables and fruit taste differently in the US. I have no explanation for this at all.

Your obsession with taking a jab in any way you can at the US is not healthy. Seems compulsive. I think you have small penis.

There is an abundance of shitty food yea but it is mostly an issue of poverty and access. People who aren't poor eat healthy, eat home cooked meals, don't shop at grocery outlet etc. But shit is so spread out in a lot of parts of the US you also need a way to get to the grocery store ie a car. If you don't have that then Mcdonalds and the liqour store are what is within walking distance.

How is that in any way a jab at the US?

And no. For the last fucking time. I will not send you a dick pic, Kyle. And to be frank, I'd be happy if you stopped sending me dick pics too.

There definitely is a lot more food in the US. Whenever I eat in Europe, I’m able to finish the entire plate. In the states, 75% of the time I have to ask for a box for the rest of my food.

Oh you meant portion size. I thought you meant variety.

Yeah, definitely. I can almost never finish US portions.
