As for your question, on my previous job, I was getting 350e per month. I'd say that's average here, or even above average.

That wage is not enough to cover all of the expenses for an individual to live for a month here because our prices of food are similar to majority of Europe where they have 10x higher wages (Austria etc.). A friend of mine was earning 300 and after a year he managed to save like 50e. He has his own flat, though, but he literally ate his parents basically every day.

I know in albania, you can make like 200 euros a month at a typical low level entry job so that can be hard to save up.

Maybe it is just me but that is so outside something I would do. I remember when that story about the astronaut love triangle when some jaded female astronaut drove across several states to kill another astronaut's girlfriend. The part of the story which stuck out the most to me was that she wore a diaper during her drive so she wouldn't have to stop to go to the bathroom.
