I already get to the office at 10 - 10:30 am pretty much every day and leave at 4:30 pm most days, when I'm supposed to be at the office at 8:30 am and leave at 6:30 pm.

I do get my job done (for the most part) because it's important for the company's initial operations but I procrastinate a lot.

Yeah, a lot of people are entitled, especially indios since Evo took over the country, but that's mostly out of ignorance and resentment (fed by Evo) towards white Bolivians. Populism at its finest.

I guess I haven't quit because I'm allowed plenty of liberties at work, I almost have no boss.

But I don't feel fulfilled by my job, even though many people would kill to be in the position I am in this industry.

contradicting. on one hand you seem to want to be fulfilled by your job, on another hand you care enough for money to waste your time like that and then you also seem to like having no supervision and slacking off at times.
sounds like you need to figure out what you want out of your job, whether it's just the paycheck or purpose or something that doesn't ask too much of you or whatever, you can't have everything.
