Me too and I avoid it whenever possible. I also hate the fact that I kill the free time that I have for "nothing".

But I just had to. I was alone in the office for 3 days and I had way too much work plus stuff that I have no idea what it is. I also had stomach problems so I kept waking up during the night. Today I asked to leave work 2 hours earlier and they let me. As soon as I came home I went to the bed. So I slept for 3 hours without even moving. I still feel kinda sleepy by ma battery is almost full.
