No I meant that's how any business owner decides how much to pay an employee, degrees don't offer you any income security, they just mean you potentially have a business relevant skillset and based on that skillset and its rarity you as an employee might have more room to negotiate up.

Business owners aren't purely rational people though. And even then, it's much more about supply & demand, and how much the general salary for a similar position is.

Thanks, man. I had been voluntarily jobless for 9 months because I wanted to finish my studies and take it easy one last time. I figured I would take this job to close that gap.

Not a bad place to work but it's not the ideal place either.

For some reason I took my antibiotics (prescribed for a bacterial infection) 6 hours too early. I'm supposed to take a dose every 12 hours.

I wonder if I should take the next dose 6 hours from now or change my schedule and take it 12 hours from now.
