:D I was sitting inside today and loved the interior. I think its only 8,000 more and going from 268hp to 305hp isn't bad. One of the maintenace guys there at the dealer said a guy brings in his STI to get oil, etc done and he modified his at 530hp so far. :dazed:
I like Mazda's too but something about these Subaru cars are tickling my Panucci.

I think I agree. I need to get behind the wheel when I'm ready to buy. I love my wife, even she is pushing me to get STI (well, the WRX cuz she can't drive manual :D)
A $500 tune will get you to 350 hp no problem on the WRX. And do you really wanna go higher than that? At 400+ hp you're just pushing your luck, not to mention wasting gas in case it's your daily driver.

The car has a 5-star safety rating and all wheel drive. I won't find a safer sedan. I want the car for me and my wife wants an SUV for her. I can't get a car until I get a new job though but she can get hers :depressed

I absolutely love driving its one of my favorite things. And I can see myself getting the maxed out WRX because as much as I love the STI I can't stand the spoiler on the back.

I'd never say that one has a 5 star safety rating. I thought it's 3 at most :D

Looks badass but not a family car in my books, if you want that try looking at some French cars. And yours is too pricy :D

It is, but different cultures seem to be completely clueless on what a "moment of silence" means. In Australia people yell their stupid personal bullcrap to be selfishly heard over everyone else. In Italy they tend to clap -- I mean, wtf is that all about? And drunk people at American baseball games are likely to yell, "Fight the power, Homer!" or some other regrettable badge of inebriation.

Pretty much all half-decent new cars have a 5 star rating

Australia has a pretty clear meaning of a minute of silence, a minute of silence. But occasionally you get these dickhead bogans who think they're being funny by doing that shit. If you can't stay silent for one minute for something noteworthy enough to have a minute of silence with tens of thousands of people, there's something wrong with you.

We thought about the Volvo but her friend has one and its too small. Remember I get the sedan and the wife gets the SUV. She is looking at Audi and Acura. Maybe BMW

A lot of cars in the U.S. overdo it with the horsepower just to be better than the competition. The WRX is a legitimate fast and fun car tho. It's basically a rally car tuned down for the streets.
