It's definitely white and gold, the top part of the dress makes it impossible for me to see it any other way. The only time I can see it as black and blue is if I only look at the bottom half of the dress.

true but it's still a bunch of algorithmic 0s and 1s, thus predictable, it works well in a confined set of possibilities, but doesnt work in a world of endless possibilities imo this whole talk of AI taking over is too SI :p

It is now. But in 20, 30 years? Even so, we will build in safeguards. Frankly I think these times are too exciting to be scared when it comes to tech.
